- Plug the flat iron into an electrical outlet and press and hold On/Off Button.
- The styling tool automatically sets to 180˚F.
- Use the Heat Adjustment Buttons (+ / -) to select the heat level best suited to your hair type.
- Allow the appliance at least 30 seconds’ heating time. Once temperature is selected, the number will blink for about 30 seconds. When it becomes solid, the tool is fully heated. - STYLING TIPS
• To begin styling, separate a 2-inch section of hair. Gently place hair between the hot smoothing plates and clamp down firmly on the handles.
• Once the plates are heated, carefully slide the flat iron along the isolated section, making sure the hair is heated and straightened all the way to the ends. The ends will probably require less heat than the hair closer to the scalp.
• For best results, hold ends of hair while smoothing the hair section.
• Carefully release pressure on the handles and let hair slip out from the plates.
• Allow hair to cool before combing, brushing or touching.
• Repeat the process until desired look is achieved.
• When styling is complete, unplug flat iron and let it cool completely before storing.
