Plug your styling tool into an electrical outlet. Push the Power Button to turn it on, then push it again to select a temperature setting. The selected temp will begin to flash. When the temp stops flashing, it’s ready to use. Once the styling is complete, push the Power Button and unplug it.
IMPORTANT: Styling hair for the first time on a high setting may damage your hair. Always start with the LOWEST heat setting and test one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you want to use a higher heat setting, GRADUALLY increase the temperature. Use only as much heat as you need for effective styling. Over time, using excessive heat can result in hair damage. - STYLING TIPS
Hair must be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool. NEVER use the tool with hair spray or other chemical hair products. This may damage hair and appliances.
1. Separate a two-inch section of hair, press the Clamp Lever, place hair between the Barrel and Clamp, and release Clamp Lever to hold hair in place.
2. While holding the Cool Tip with one hand and the handle with the other hand, roll hair around the barrel.
3. Hold for a few seconds.
4. Press Clamp Lever and release hair.
5. Repeat this process until the desired look is achieved.
6. Allow hair to cool before touching, combing or brushing.
